We use the photos you upload for exactly one thing: making and printing your mosaic. For printing and shipping, the print file goes to our print partner Gelato. Otherwise they are not shared, not sold and not used to train anything. If you don't order, we automatically delete them 7 days after you last used the Studio. If you do order, we keep them for up to 60 days after your order, so we can print and, if needed, make a reprint. After that they are deleted automatically. You can always have them deleted sooner. One email to info@pixmoza.com is enough.

When you order, we keep what we need to deliver and to meet our accounting obligations: your name, address, email address and the order itself. Your name and address go to Gelato, who prints your mosaic and delivers it to you. Payment runs through Shopify and the payment provider; we do not see your payment details.

We only use functional cookies that are needed to make the shop and the Studio work. No third-party advertising trackers without asking you first.

For the fonts, your browser fetches files from Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts. Adobe and Google see your IP address when this happens, as with any file your browser fetches. They do not set cookies for this.

You can always ask which details we hold about you, and have them corrected or deleted. Email us and we'll sort it out, without a maze of forms.
