Every mosaic is made especially for you from your own photos. That is why the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order products: you cannot return a printed mosaic because you changed your mind. That is exactly why you see what you get before you order, including how big each photo will be.

Is the print damaged, does it differ from your preview, or did we make a mistake? Send a photo to info@pixmoza.com as soon as you can. We'll reprint it or refund your money. You choose.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium is free, with no minimum order. We print in 2 to 3 working days and then deliver within 2 to 3 days: your mosaic arrives within about a week of your order.

You keep all rights to your photos. By ordering, you only give us permission to use them to make and print your mosaic. Only upload photos you are allowed to use.

Dutch law applies to these terms. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can bring it before the competent court.
